hello,

i recently got Ambrosia who i think is a merino cross. when i got her she was missing some fur. now it is all growing back really thick and the brush i was using isn't cutting the mustard that well anymore! i have no problems in brushing her everyday, as she is very good at being brushed, but i wondered if anyone could recommend what the best brush to use is. i went to pets at home yesterday, but i didn't see anything suitable.

thanks for any help

Hmm what kind of brush do you have now?
Merino hair is quite thick isn't it? So you'll need maybe a slicker brush (with bobbles, i'm not sure if you understand that!) and a comb. But without knowing what you have already I'm not sure if I'm helping ! :)

thanks guys.

i have a mikki slicker brush that looks like the one with the bobbles. its ok, but i almost need one that has bristles about 3inches long!

i have never had a proper long hair piggy before. everytime i brush her i look at her and giggle! she just keeps getting fluffier! it amazes me how much hay manages to hide in her fur! :))
