Grooming- It's a nightmare!

Every time i try and trim our guinea pig Snowball he's so naughty! He lets me trim around his face, but not on his rump, or sides. But now he won't let me do his back either! He will jump, fidget, and sometimes squeal and he has a real sensitive patch on his side and when you touch he kicks up his leg.He even trys to jump up me to get to my neck, he hates grooming so much! Although he doesn't mind been brushedp
Does anyone else have problems trimming their pigs?

What a wee rascal

Mine are a nightmare cutting their nails and bathing them. Ive never had to trim any of mine. One of mine kicks you when you try to pick him up and they try and bite when getting their nails done.

I struggle trying to cut Romano's hair. He'll let me do the back and the sides but if I go to the front sides or nearish his face at all he glares at it and pulls away. I usually just leave it but I wish I could trim it a bit.

I usually just trim my boys round their bum cos they get smelly and matted there. Alfie is fine but Oscar fidgets jumps and squeaks. Often I think I have cut him the fuss he makes. Luckily they have short hair on their faces but I dont think I would be brave enough to trim there anyway.
