Growing Grass Seed

I know a few of us grow grass seed in trays, so I thought I’d give an update on the one I’ve been growing in case of interest to anyone...
I ordered some itailian rye grass on line for few £’s and it’s coming on really well! Apart from the patch that’s missing where my dog tried to dig it up!
I’m going to let it grown a bit longer before handing it over to The Pigs!

So I gave a tray to the boys today, they were straight there (of course). What I found hilarious was when I back later on to find them utterly passed out, clearly from over eating! Ha ha ha

It’s really very easy, no skill needed and relatively cheap enrichment for the pigs

It’s from a website called sowseeds.co.uk
I did some research and found the Italian rye grass was a good option for piggies.
