Growth on nose

Hey, wondering if anyone can help me, bought some guinea pigs almost 2 weeks ago, i noticed one had growth on her nose, thought i'd just keep my eye on it, checked her again it has grown.
The growth is rather thin, its growing straight out by her nostril.I am going to take her to vets but will have be weekend.
