How about if they wont let you have them inside, ask them to buy you a hutch hugger and stuff to warm them up and/or if they will get you a shed instead? If they say no say you want them inside then ;D

I know everyone on here seems to prefer pigs indoors but there is no way I can keep mine indoors. They are in a pretty big hutch with two floors, then there's the bunny who lives in another hutch . . . . plus when they were babies and I did keep them in for a few weeks, it drove me potty with hay and stuff everywhere, getting on the kids feet and transferring all round the house. Now don't g et me wrong, no-one loves their piggies more than I do but I've had to face it . . . they're outdoor pigs. This is the first winter for four of them but Molly has seen two winters outside and she is in excellent health. . .
My hutch has an upstairs floor which I think is warmer, so they may all sleep up there, I know only two do atm, this also has newspaper, straw (tons of it, like downstairs lol) and they each have little individual places where they sleep ie, little huts & tubes that they sleep in. I'm thinking of getting them a little fleecy bed each. (Minty our bunny has a fleece blanket and he snuggles in it and cleverly wees just in one corner away from it . . . I hope the guineas can be as clever!)

Mine aren't in the house and if they were they'd be in their own room. When the children were young and I only had the 3 (guins) they lived inside during the winter but went for the summer, now they have a whole shed with electric and water and no noise all to themselves 
I know what you mean about the hay, my mum makes me hoover every day but when i ask if i can buy a shed for them she says she wants them indoors : here's me thinking they were my pigs, she tells me often enough when there's hay everywhere!

Why can't i have a nice family who like animlas just s much as me and let me have a proper pig, gecko, some cute little froggies, more piggies and hammies. What me have to many animals i don't think so >

;D i guess brother s and sisters can get on your nerves but comparing it to my mates who had sisters i had a better deal.
my family loved animals and i didnt have these problems, can t be nice for you .
hope it gets resolved. Thing is with families if you aint rowing about one thing its another, never like the brady bunch is it :
