Jimmy! His lovely mom has invited me to come round, outside, while Jimmy and his bonded buddy munch grass. I am so excited. I just had to post here. Everyone I tell just says, huh, they dont understand my :yahoo:

He looks so bright in the picture she sent, and his buddy if beyond cute.

I can't wait to see him. I dont expect he will remember me, almost a year is a big chunk of piggy time, but I can't wait to pet his little head and see him happy in his new life.

So grateful to his mom for remembering and thinking about his foster mom.

That is such lovely news. I’m so glad Jimmy is living his best life with a buddy, and that you will get the chance to see him again.

:drool:We met! Honestly I'm not sure if he remembered me or not. He is a completely different guy with his buddy, as it should be. When Jimmy was with me, I was his only social contact. He made eye contact with me constantly, when he wanted something for sure, but also for reassurance and even before curling up for a nap. His buddy has taken over that role. They are so cute together, Jimmy took a blade of grass out of his buddy's mouth:D. His mom is an angel. She has rescued so many piggies from horrible situations, horrible due to misunderstandings of piggie needs. One was kept alone, in a barn, in a pet shop cage. Her first rescue was the class pet when she was 8 years old.

Jimmy looked so bright and relaxed. I held him for a while, he did enjoy the pets, but he was anxious to get back to his grass.

I was absolutely astounded when we were saying good bye. She put the carrier down and Jimmy just trotted right in! I used to have to bribe, conjole, corner and use the element of surprise to get him in the carrier.

He is doing so well. I am so, so grateful to have been able to see him, pet him and see what a life he is living. And his buddy! Another rescue who was so fearful when she first got him, a confident, happy piggie now. She thanks Jimmy for helping him gain confidence.

Plus, I have an open invitation to visit!
