Guides....

Hi all apologies in advance if this is a dumb question...... Where on earth do I fing the guides? I have to Google the subject matter ie sperm rods etc in order to be brought to the site and find the correct link.
Is it because I'm using a mobile device? I cannot find any guides in here yet I know they exist HELP x

On a mobile, tap the symbol with the three horizontal bars on the left of the green bar at the top, and scroll down. The heading for the guides is near the bottom of the list.
