Guilty Me... Favorite Piggies...

Well he is quite a handsome boy! I do have favorite's I'm ashamed to say. I love them all for different reasons, but two of my boys I do just adore that little bit more.
My two oldest boys, both 5. They have never lived together, but I love Harvey so much because he's just naughty, I have learnt so much about guinea pigs that I don't think I would have if I never had him. And Blake because he is just so gentle, peaceful & handsome.

So don't feel too guilty, I think we all do it now and again.
 
I have a favourite as well but don't tell my other two girls.It's poppyrose because my mum bought her for me on our last trip to town before she died.That and she is a stunning cuddly piggy.The boss fell for her too
 
Yeah, mine was the little boy in my profile pic, Sheamus, sadly we had to have him pts about 5 weeks ago so I've been pretty fed up since then.
 
My favorite piggy is Reptar, he is my first guinea pig and my alpha piggy in my now boar trio. I always pick him up first and he gets the most kisses from his Momma

I do have a soft spot for my piggy Poglet. We'd stopped in Pets At Home one day as we were in the area and had half an hour or so to kill (and I love looking at the little baby guineas) and I just fell in love with her on the spot. My boyfriend said I wasn't allowed any pets though, but I dragged him back the next weekend and she was still there. I told him that if she was still there the following weekend I was buying her, because I couldn't walk away three times.

Fortunately, she was still there. ^_^

Syllabub had only just arrived at the store that weekend, so I hadn't seen her before. I knew I was having Poglet but spent ages choosing her friend (it was between three). I eventually settled on a cute, little long haired, black creature, but she had gooey eyes so I wasn't allowed her, so Syllabub was my second choice. (Although I love her dearly.)

Syllabub is wonderful, but I almost feel like fate gave me Poglet (haha, silly, I know), which makes her just that little bit more special in my eyes. But, shh, don't tell Sylla that!
 
So cute! I find I have a different relationship with all my pigs so it's hard to pick a favorite... but that said, Linney had a really special place in my heart. She was such a big, floppy lap pig and I had her for six years. She passed away in January and is still much missed! Fortunately Hadley is also a lap pig, so that helps a bit! I really enjoy the ones that will lay down on my lap and really relax so tend to spend one-on-one time with those pigs. That said, Sundae isn't a flopper but she talks a lot and gives lots of kisses when you hold her, so she gets lots of attention too!

It's so funny because my experience was the opposite... when I was picking my initial pair, I picked Frenzy pretty much instantly, and then spent ages debating over who else to get. I had one picked out, but she also had a goopy-looking eye. Finally (probably to get rid of me!) the store associate said in desperation, "Why don't you just take the red and black one? She's pretty." So I ended up with Linney. Let me tell you... best pig EVER! I ended up being so thankful that someone foisted her off on me because she was great! But it was ironic that probably my favorite out of them all was the one that didn't initially appeal to me... it's like I was too stupid to see it so fate stepped in and said, "You want this one. Trust me. You can thank me later!" LOL!
 
:DPick a favourite out of my 7 girls? Very hard to do! I love Swan because she is the youngest, so pretty with her white fur and pink eyes.:wub: I love Crow Feather because she is such a minx!:wub: I love Beano and Dandy because they give me so many kisses at lap-time! (Between the two of them, I think they're trying to lick me to death!) :wub:I love Inka and Maya because they are so beautiful and big and cuddly!:wub: And I love Bonnie because she is my oldest and has lost her hus-pig recently.:wub: But if I had to pick a favourite, I think it would be Crow Feather because of her soft brown fur and the way she watches me all the time. The minx! :wub:
