Guinea Pig A Week After Operation Found A Scaly Bald Patch On Two Of My Pigs Now

Hello I have a recent guinea pig from a rescue she came with a cyst that ended up massive it was cut out last when's day,now today I have noticed a bald scabby patch and my other pig has one on his arm too, other pigs ok should I just go ahead and treat them all with ivermectin that I have for mites and round worms it's worked when I got my boy with mange from pet shop, will it be safe to give my girl after her operation please help me
 
Could possibly be a fungal infection, I have had post-operative pigs that I picked up ring worm whilst actually at the vets,

If it is fungal and you have no prior history it might be worth mentioning to your vet,

I got a free bottle of Suralan
 
Please have a vet check them to diagnose it. I would not just treat it myself.
