I have a 2 year old Guinea pig. 1 day she walked in circles and then went to sleep. And now every now and then she acts like she is trying to throw up but doesn't. Like her body expands and tenses. Are these little seizures?

Guinea pigs don't have a vomiting reflex, but if she is heaving repeatedly, then it is a potentially serious problem that should be investigated.
It doesn't sound like she has heaving hiccups because they are very audible; it isn't seizures.
Walking in circles can have several causes, again, you need to talk to a vet.
