Guinea pig ate, something?

During floor time my guinea pig ran out, exploring and found something. I don’t know what, but she ate it. May have been a nut or something on the ground. What signs of illness should I look for?

Hi!

See a vet very promptly if your guinea pig suddenly looks hunched up, with the fur raised and is going off its food in the next 24 hours.
Most likely it is no problem.
