Guinea Pig Bald Spots

This is Peaches. I’ve had her for almost two years. When I first got her she was pregnant. I don’t know if that has anything to do with it but ever since then she’s had bald and dry spots all over her body. I’ve done a lot of research and nothing seems to match her bald spots. I know I should take her to a vet but there aren’t any near me that treat guinea pigs.
My other guinea pig Eleanor (the light orange one) has a few bald spots on her stomach. Peaches does scratch a lot but her nails aren’t too sharp or long since I trim them often. Can anyone help me figure out what this
