Hi everyone, I made this thread as a few weeks before Christmas (but pretend it's a birthday), I wanted to get my two budgies some presents but was really confused so I got them toys which they hated. So I think this thread would help others (as I don't have guinea pigs yet but I am planning to!) if they wanted presents for their piggies so lets start sharing! I'm going to go look for some ideas so I'll get back to you (if I'm successful) as I'm not as busy nowadays!
 
Hi everyone I was watching a video on youtube about Piggiepigpig's (a good piggie owner you may have heard of) and she ordered something called crash pads which is really good as you csn personalise them etc for your piggies! The lady who makes them also makes them for bunnies and hamsters (I think) so I'll post the link here.

She also makes other things so check that out too! Oh and Piggiepigpigs has good ideas too like she made a kitchen for her piggies etc. Her ideas are for C&C cages though. I'll put a link up for those of you who are interested in her ideas if this thread gets any views :p.

I have a ball for my guys that you can put food in - almost like the ones for dogs, but its tiny and has carrots on it :)) It's got a little opening in the ball, that you put food into, and they roll it around to get the food out and eat it up as they go! Food is certainly the way to my piggies hearts!
 
Hi yes a couple of our members also make beds etc x)
In OZ it's a bit hard to buy stuff, but i have managed to get a tent (foam with material) it was for cats, also a cat tunnel which my girls love racing thru cause it makes a crinkly noise :(|) and they love to pee in it rolleyes, i have a sofa too and a lovely cuddle cup that came from the US. The girls have also been TOTALLY spoiled and have their own named blankies x)x) (thanks Auntie Niki xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx) and they also use a wonderful tunnel that was given to Duke (thanks to Auntie Lucinda xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx) I also have hanging feed bells too, don't use now cause Velvet can't see where it is and it just upsets her :(
 
Cool gifts! I've also heard of a food kebab which you hang and it dangles down and they sometimes have gnawing toys on it aswel and it helps them exercise more! You can also make your own snuggle sock (I don't know what it's really called) out of a towel! I might try that! Some people also make a salad (as in any fruits or veg that piggies can eat) with treats in them as a birthday cake!
 
Sorry for this late reply but maybe you could add another piggie as a birthday present! This is the ultimate gift for a lonely piggie!
