Guinea Pig black dots

Hi! My piggie has got some black dots in her white fur near her bottom
They have been there for ages and look a bit like eggs?
I’m a bit confused please give advice and treatment!

It could well be hay mite egg casings. She will need to be taken to a vet for diagnosis and the correct treatment

Please have them checked as potential hay mites egg cases. Please accept that we can only guess, not being able to see and handle your guinea pigs.
