Do you mean the dark mark on the paw? I think that's just skin colouring. My Jasmine has similar markings and it's nothing to worry about. However, I'm no expert and I'm sure someone with more experience will reply soon!

If you are concerned then go to the vet.
It's better to be reassured than worried.
