I had three guinea pigs (all sisters, age of 3) then I got two more (these are both females at the age of 3). I introduced them successfully with just normal squabbling and they seemed to get on well. A few hours later, however, the two new ones started to gang up on one of my original pigs, Iris. Whenever she goes near them they bite at her and she has to run away, the others are fine. No blood has been drawn so I haven't split them up but I am worried that Iris is unhappy. It has been three days with no change, what can I do? Is this normal? x

It sounds as if they are bullying poor Iris, keep an eye on her weight and make sure she isn't becoming excessively stressed.
Its possible that you may need to separate them if it doesn't settle down soon.

In the meantime how big is their cage?
Do they have multiple hideys, shelters, food bowls, water bottles etc?
At least this should allow Iris to have some space if she needs it.
It might just be the new girls deciding who will be bottom pig, and hopefully will settle down in a few days, but as Pig in the city said, keep an eye on Iris to make sure she is still getting enough food.
