I've just had a look at some of the posts at the beginning of this thread.I'm so sorry for your loss.I know how hard it is.I'm not gonna take any crap tomorrow. If they don't give me another antibiotic and possibly a duretic, I'll be seeing another vet xYes but my vet suspects neoplasia as well so please don't assume this is the outcome. Uri is serious but please read the top part of my thread (before I go into over drive about Ron being sad) because you will find lots of advice already there from only a couple of weeks ago![]()

That's what I've been thinking, how hard it must be for them.I actually had a similar experience with my late 'baby pig'.She was put on antibiotics for her breathing issues and they didn't seem to help.On a Saturday when I noticed she was really struggling I phoned the vets and made an appointment for the afternoon.By the early afternoon she'd gone into the corner just facing there, I called the vets and they said if she gets any worse then bring her in.I went upstairs to get dressed and while I was up there my mums friend called me and said that she was lying on her side kicking her feet.I rushed her to the vet but sadly she'd passed on the way there.I was so upset and don't want to risk anything like that again xThat's EXACTLY what I'd do if this ever happened to me again. I don't think it would have changed harrys outcome but I know from his case how serious and how fast this can all go down. I cant possibly imagine breathing so hard for so long, it must just be exhausting for them x

That's so sad.Georgie is 5 and a half xSounds so similar to Harry except I kept thinking he had gone then he would come round again. I think he was fittingit was awful. How old is Georgie? Harry was only 5 months and only 560g so he didn't really have any weight to lose in using up all the energy breathing. I was shovelling in the critical care, he did like it, but being such a small pig working so hard and needing so much energy, it was what felt like a 24hr a day job to keep him stable. Wouldn't have changed the 'fight' for the world ❤
