Guinea Pig Chewing Everything

Hey guys! I’ve had my guinea pig for about 6 years now but recently she’s been chewing everything she can. She’s gotten ahold of a couple of my clothing and has made some holes in it, every opportunity she gets she eats my hair, and just goes after almost every object she can. She’s never done this before and she has lots of chew toys like wood and toilet paper rolls and woven hay so I have no clue why she is doing this! Any thoughts would be appreciated

Is she alone? It maybe that she is just looking for something to do. Piggies will chew anything
Does she have plenty Of hay available to her?

Chewing on your clothes can also be a sign she wants to go back in her cage.

I have been testing that out and she tries chewing through my clothing while she’s in her cage

If she is eating less hay then she ought to be checked out by a vet. Have you been weighing her? Has she lost weight?

Given her age and the sudden change in behaviour I would make her an appointment for a check up at the vet.
She may have an oral problem which is causing her to suddenly chew more, so best to have it checked out.
