Guinea Pig Chirping!

Today I moved all the girls into the smaller cage so I could clean the big one out. Things are going well with everyone, the pecking order seems to be sorted out. But I came back into the room to get them and Beatrice started chirping! In the 9 years I’ve owned Guinea Pigs, I’ve never heard it! I even managed to get a video but I cannot figure how to upload it. I kept trying and it was giving me errors, so I just uploaded it to YouTube!

It was an amazing experience, even if I did at first think a bird flew in from the open window lol!

Well done you for getting a video! I think it's a lovely sound, I wish I knew what it meant too.
I only heard it once in person, in the wee small hours of the night when it was quite eerily beautiful, but it was dark, so I have no idea which of my boys it was, let alone managing to get a video!

I was scrambling to find my phone lol! I knew I would want the memory in case I never hear it again!
