Guinea pig cuts eye pls help

Hi I had my guinea pig callie in my lap and everything was fine she was fine, and then she cleaned herself in my lap, and I notice blood around her eye! it seems the part right under the eye in the eye socket has been cut! I can't take her to the vet until sunday as my parents are out of town and I cannot drive yet... are there any products or anything I can do to help the eye? Otherwise she is very happy she is licking me and loving her treats!

I dont know what to use to help the eye, but are your guinea pigs claws long or overgrown?
