When I was brushing My male long haired guinea pig I noticed what looked like dandruff. Should I take him to the vet?

hi,welcome to the forum.I would pop along to your vet,just to ensure you get the correct daignosis.it could be something and nothing.eg fungal,parasitic,dry skin,but it is best to get it checked.he looks like he is a beautiful piggie.please let the forum know how you get on with this situation.
