It was a rather hot day outside, so I took my piggie, (Piña) out for some air. He didn’t enjoy it very much so I decided to take him back inside. He was shaking and teeth chattering which I know is signs for an upset pig. I’m still a relatively new owner and I’m terrified if I’ve done something wrong! I gave him a cucumber in hopes that he’d feel better but he’s across the room from me and ignoring it.. Was he nervous from the noises and scenery change? Is the heat getting to him? Is he just not feeling it today? I’m worried since he loves exploring around our floor but he’s distant.. Advice or info is greatly appreciated.

Probabley a bit miffed and wary of you at the moment. It's nail trimming day here at Dindy Towers, there will be some dirty looks and hiding for a day or two.

Guinea pigs do get upset with us.
After a trip to the vet I usually get ignored or run away from for a while - until I come bearing gifts of veggies that is.
Then it’s ‘we love you , give us food’.
