When I first got the guinea pigs Christmas Eve one of the guinea pigs had a cut on his ear that looked like it was scabbing up. I just noticed that it started bleeding a bit again is it safe to put neosporin on his ear?

Bleeding from an ear could actually be caused by a number of issues.
Your guinea pig really needs to be seen by a vet for a proper diagnosis.

Please do not apply anything to the ear as this might mask the symptoms and make it difficult for a vet to properly diagnose.
If you recently bought your piggies from a pet shop then they should reimburse you for any vet bills inured if they sold you an unwell guinea pig.

Its on the outer part of his ear so I figured it was due to fighting.

That does look more from a fight than fungal. Any sign of dandruff. Has it stopped bleeding yet?

Please get it checked out by a vet over next few days

It has stopped bleeding but I'm going to get both my piggies check by a vet.

It looks rather like it has been caused by a misjudged back leg swipe. But we do recommend to have all new piggies vet checked anyway.
What to check and look out for in new guinea pigs (vet checks, sexing, parasites&illness)
