Guinea pig ear cut/scab?

My male Guinea Pig named Sushi has a scab on his ear and it got bigger since yesterday, so i was wondering if this forum could help me (I'm new here), i got Sushi four days ago and he is such an amazing pet, I'm just worried for him.image.webp
 
@Sushithegp It could be an infection from a bite but that's just a guess. You're best either taking him to the vet or back to the petshop so they can deal with it for you. Good luck!
