Well done for spotting the scab.
It could be from a misjudged nip or her catching her ear on something, but it really is impossible to tell from a photo.
It would be worth popping her and her sister along to the vet and having her checked in case it is fungal or another skin problem.
She looks like a beautiful piggy.
