The photo is a bit blurry, is it the dry, flakiness you mean?
If so, it's probably a fungal infection that'll need an anti-fungal from the vets :) Make sure to keep everything clean and wear gloves if possible as some can spread to us.

I hope it's treatable! I'm sad
Don't worry fungal infections are definitely treatable! If your vet identifies it as fungal, he can prescribe a veterinary-strength medication for it which will clear it up. You have to be careful though, as ringworm ( the English common name for the main fungal skin infection) is highly infectious, so if it is that, you will need to take precautions to avoid catching it yourself. Here is a guide all about ringworm and how to deal with it : Ringworm: Hygiene And Pictures

It does look like a fungal skin issue. They are not uncommon, but will need an antifungal from the vet to clear it up. Hope this helps!

Got back from the vet. It was psoriasis mite. Suggested pulmosan drops Ivermectin in neck every 15 days.

Glad you were able to get him seen and get treatment for him. I admit I've not heard of piggies getting psoriasis before (you find out something new every day!) but Ivermectin drops on the neck sounds right for mites I believe. Hope he gets better quickly!
