why does one of my 3 months old boar keep ejaculating semen on me every time I pick him up. He does it first thing every time.

Hi! I assume that he is an only piggy lacking a mate he can be manly with?

In this case, please consider getting him a friend. Guinea pigs are group animals, they are not wired to be on their own. He is very much lacking the usual boar interaction, with lots of mutual humping, rumblestrutting, chasing and popcorning.
