I have three guinea pigs and one of my guinea pigs eye looks really weird, it's sunken in and my guinea pig is half closing it. He has also had a lot of white discharge from the eye, we went to the vet and they gave us eye drops, they worked but a few days or weeks after it just starts again, anyone got experience with this?

Please return to the vet for further advice - there are a few things which could be going on but it’s going to take a hands on and further checks by your vet to determine what is happening in your piggy’s case.

Did the vet check there isnt any hay still caught under the eyelid?

They checked for any damage and didn't find any

It’s good there’s no damage. Maybe it needs a longer course of the antibiotic eye drops or sometimes a different type of antibiotic.

Maybe, the vet did give eye drops to clean out the eye and gentamicin antibiotics, but the one that had to clean the eye made it worse (the eye, or around it started to bleed because of it) so we started using tea which I think worked to clean it out.
We had to use the gentamicin antibiotics for 4 days, 3 times per day

Definitely return to the vet.
A minor hay poke and ulcer is most usually cured after 7 days of antibiotic drops. More severe pokes can take a bit longer. If the vet could not find any damage but the eye is not getting better/worsening then there is obviously still something going wrong.
I’m not quite sure why you used tea.

Thanks for the help

Today we went to the new vet and there was nothing wrong with the eye and they told us that no antibiotics are needed for that, the vet gave some medication tho cause of the half closed eye, so glad my piggy is okay
