Hey guys! I'm new to this website. My guinea pig Laura was eating some cantaloupe and immediately after, she was taking really, really long poops, they were around 5 centimeters or longer than an inch. She also excreted mamy normal poops, but she excreted around 20 poops in 1 setting which was only like 5 min. I don't know if it was the cantaloupe or if she has a stomach illness. If any of you guys know what's going on, please inform me. I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you<3 Also, Laura is almost 5 years old, so it might also be her age?

Provided there’s no sign of diarrhoea and she is otherwise behaving normally I wouldn’t be too worried :)
If anything changes or if you’re unsure pop her to the vets :)

How are the poops now?

Sounds like a normal poop machine. The amount is a good sign and they get bigger as they get older.
I would only be worried if there were:
1. Hardly any beans
2. Soft runny beans
3. Different coloured beans
Those are the main problematic beans.
Big beans and plenty of them is great
