so I’ve recently noticed that my female guinea pig has grown a dark hard thing under her foot and I didn’t think much of it until the next day she had 2, I was wondering if anyone might know what it is or anything about them until I can get her to the vet wed. Sorry the pics aren’t too good she didn’t want to stay still for long!

Hi and welcome

Foot spurs (dead skin growths) on the side of the pads on the front feet are very common and do not need any intervention unless they stick out a lot and can catch on things and rip live skin. Otherwise they are best left alone as any DIY cutting too close to live skin can cripple.
