Not a pleasant subject I know, but I would like the opinions of other members of the Forum. Since we had Astro last June we have experienced the "odours". Now these sense explosions are infrequent and not regular but when they happen, well it brings a tear to the eye. I have experienced the whiffs from staffies and thought they were bad, requiring the use of a lit match to burn the resultant methane, but Astro.....

We have never had this experience with any of the girls, there is no difference in diet, there is no bloat, it could be weeks between, but when he seems to have the urge he lets fly. I am sure that Sue would just comment that its a male thing, but size for size Astro tops a staffie every time.

Doe anyone else have experience of male piggies "dropping their guts" every now again, cause Astro does it with or without cabbage.
 
I've had four boys, and although I very occasionally hear one of them let one go, I've never smelt anything. It would be interesting to hear of other people's experiences...
 
Mojos flatus smells alot worse than a lactose intolerant persons flatus who has drank a pink of milk when he lets on loose.

That was the most polite way to put it. Considering I am lactose intolerant I know :red
 
i have 13 boys and not had a problem thus far heard the odd squeak but no smell then again they aren't in my living room so i might not have noticed :))

Meg's farts have been outlawed by the Geneva convention - enough said :) and she's a lady...
 
Haha! :)) This is a wonderful conversation :)) Harvey and Artie 'flump' alot, they seem to enjoy doing it during cuddle time once they've relaxed and settled down on someones knee, don't smell though just loud! :))
 
Mrs Fuzzy = Mrs Farty. Terk farts a lot too. Not that smelly though.
