Guinea pig foot problem

Hello. I cut my two guinea pigs toe nails today and noticed something on both of their feet was wondering if anyone could help on what it is and what to do please thank you in advance

Both my piggies developed foot spurs at less than a year old. They can be safely left alone unless they grow too big in which case they can be trimmed. Just don’t trim too far to the live skin
 
:agr: it looks like a simple foot spur to me, too. First time I found one I was shocked. Now I just monitor them.
