Guinea pig foot question?...

Hey everyone I found this forum in hopes that someone could answer my question! I have two guinea pigs Moo & Bentley. Moo is a teddy piggy and he is about seven months old roughly. I have noticed that on ONE of his back feet, the top of it is dry looking & peeling... I don't think this is bumble foot because they've never been kept on a wire cage bottom.. & I use fleece bedding. Also, the bottom of his foot is perfectly fine, just the top of one of his back feet is peeling.. My other guinea pig doesn't have this problem. Does anyone know why this could be or how i could fix it? thanks!

I'm not sure what it is from the description. It could be bumble foot, I had a piggy with it and he was housed on fleece. Has the pad swollen at all? Is a scab forming?
