Guinea Pig Grunting

recently noticed my guinea pig grunting when I stoke him behind the ears, I think he enjoys it because he lies down and closes his eyes when I do it , he also grunts when he eats his hay is this a good sign ? Never heard him grunt before and my other guinea pig doesn’t, he only ever does it when he’s eating his hay or having a cuddle so I don’t think it’s health related

The body language gives you the clue: he seems to be a happy boy. If he didn't like it, he would shake his head.
