Room temperature inside is about 17-23 degree Celsius. So, so long as outside is about this temperature its shouldn't be too much of a difference. However, I think it's much better to have the hutch (or whatever you keep them in outside) in a shed or insulate it in someway (perhaps covering the mesh if you have other ways of getting the ventilation). This will take out the extremes of temperature between night time and day time.is it possible to keep a Guinea pig indoor in winter but summer them out in an outdoor hutch or does this cause too much strain?
Thanks in advance
