Guinea Pig Has A Nose Bleed

I came down this morning to find Bentley had dried blood around his nose I've cleaned it up but just noticed it's bleeding again from one of the nostrils. He's eating and acting normally but I'm so worried.

He's due to go on holiday this week for a week as I'm away. What should I do?
 
I would take him to the vets. He might have just hit his head or something but better to be safe than sorry. ❤

Please have him seen by a bet. Nose bleeds in guinea pigs need to be taken seriously.
