Guinea Pig has loose poops

Hi there, my piggie is not pooing normal poops and it is almost like she has stomach ache and makes a noise like a groan. She has been vet checked and it is not stones or UTI. Does anyone know what I can give her to help her?

Please take her off all fresh feed, feed only hay and pellets.
Switch from the normal weekly weight checks to instead weighing her daily so you can more closely monitor her hay intake. If she is losing weight, then step in and syringe feed.
Please have her checked by a savvy vet for a diagnosis, if she is in pain, then she needs to be seen urgently. Was she given pain killers? Checked for gas/bloat?

Hi there, she was given metacam and this helped and gas bloat. She was okay with this when tested but did have bloat in Jan. how do you treat gas/bloat? Thanks so much Julie

She really needs to go back to the vet for a proper diagnosis.
You shouldn't be home treating for bloat if it hasn't been confirmed by a vet.

It sounds like you might need to try and travel to a more experienced guinea pig vet to get a clear diagnosis and treatment plan.
