PiggieHerd
Junior Guinea Pig
Hello Everyone,
This is the first time that my guinea pigs were able to enjoy their veggie patch for this year. I've been waiting for the veggie patch to be mature enough for it to handle 6 sows. They found the two ripe strawberries the instant I put them in their patch. Everything in their patch is organic from the plants to the soil, absolutely no use of chemicals/fertilizer is used (the only fertilizer used is piggie poop underneath the soil). The tan/brown soil is used wood pellets that is being used as mulch
This is Pumpkin and Willow6 first time in garden since they are the newest adoptee in the herd.
I have the following growing in the garden:
Oat hay
Wheat grass
Field peas
Strawberries
Corn- they demolished the corn stalk (young look like grass), was hoping that they would ignore it
Basil
Parsley
Hope you enjoy the video
