Guinea Pig Just Died

Hi

One of my Guinea Pigs has just died and I now only have one left. she seems okay at the moment, she's eating and drinking. Is there anything I need to look out for now she's on her own. Also anything I can do to keep her happy on her own.

Guinea pigs are very social creatures so you need to consider getting another pig.

How old is the remaining piggy?

Not sure really about 4 yrs old she seems okay at the moment i've put some New toys in so keep her busy

So sorry that you lost your piggy

I lost Tilly last October and Hettie recovered from the loss very quickly and was eating as normal. I couldn't face rehoming another piggy at that stage and have only, in the last month, got Hettie a new friend.
