i'm currently on holiday and over 8 hours away from my piggies. Their boarder has just rung and Aramis currently on his side and very listless. This morning he was wheeking and happy but the post-bed checks have found him like this. I've already told her to ring the emergency vet and take him in immediately.

Please can you give me any ideas as to what it might be, what symptoms to look for etc.?

Really hope he will be ok, lots of healing vibes to him x

I'm too sad to talk much, he passed to the rainbow bridge on route to the vet. No illness was suspected, they believe it was old age as he was five. His two brothers, my partner and I are devastated.8...8...8...8...8...

Oh no how terribly sad for you :(
RIP Aramis run free at the bridge, popcorn thru the lush green meadows and enjoy nibbling on sweet dandelion leafies and corn silks, you'll be so very sadly missed by your devastated family and your brothers but NEVER ever forgotten xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
(((((((((((((((((((((((((((((HUGS))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))) and lots of loves Glynis, Velvet and Onyx xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
Another little star now twinkling in the sky .............. :(

Really sorry for your loss. RIP Aramis.

Oh no. I was following this on Facebook last night and saw this morning you'd also posted on here as well. I was so hoping for a happy outcome. 8... 8...

Really feel for you - so sorry for your loss. RIP Aramis run free at the Bridge with all the other cherished piggies. xx>>> xx>>>

Thank you everyone for your kind thoughts, I've tried several times to post a long response but I'm on an iPad and it keeping deleting what I've typed. Your kind thoughts are really helping me get through this tough time.

Bless him, it was a good age, but still not easy. Hugs to you. xx

I am really sorry to hear such sad news. I am sure you are so sad you were not able to be with him when it happened. I was not with my little one when it happened so I know how that feels. My thoughts are with you.
