So in late May/early June one of my pigs started acting really weird. She is normally very active and wheeks when I bring veggies and just gets really excited when I go to the cage. So I started to notice that she was not coming to the cage when I would bring veggies and she would refuse to eat everything except carrots, she had mushy poops and she was loosing weight. So I would see his happen like once a week and then the next day she would be fine and then it started happening more frequently so then i decided to take her to the vet. he said it was probably a bacterial thing so he gave me a gut stimulant t keep her gut moving (since she was barley eating) some critical care, and Baytril. She got better and is acting normal again but ever since this happened her weight fluctuates a lot and i know pigs loose weight when they get older but shes only 2 and a half so i highly doubt that's the problem. before she got sick she was about 1120 grams and when she got sick she got down to about 1000 grams. she started to gain it back again but after like a week of gaining it back she just started fluctuating. she can get as low as 930 grams and she can fluctuate like 50-60 grams in a day. i don't know if I should take her back to the vet because other than this she is acting fine and she has a yearly checkup in 2 months anyway. but I'm just really confused.

I would take her back to the vet if you are worried. Take your weight book with you and show the vet how her weight is fluctuating and see what s/he says about it.

I would take her back to the vet as Betsy has said and explain your concerns. I have found that poorly pigs can struggle to regain the weight they lost once they are better so that could be the case but it is best to see what the vet thinks.

@Kaitlyn Ditto to the above, and often I've found that once a pig has a digestive issue then it tends to keep recurring. There are tests that can be done on their poo which can check to see if it is bacterial.

You might want to test different veg to see if it's a type of veg that is causing it. It's a bit painstaking and your piggy might not be happy about it but it can help work out what is going on.
