My guinea pig hair coming out but it on the top bit of her bum kinda bit but comes out in little bits but white stuff that's on that bit aswell

Please have your guinea pig vet checked for mange mites or a fungal infection. They require different treatment. The location is more typical for mange mages, but the description fits more a fungal diagnosis.
Do not home treat on spec with low dosed broad spectrum shop products that will do more harm than good in an acute outbreak.
