my guinea pig is making weird sounds like a human would make with a stuffy nose, this guinea pig was recently sick and has been doing so much better, but I'm still confused with the noises, heading to the vets on friday as i don't have enough money in my pocket rn, but she is doing fine, eating a drinking, running, playing. is this a health issue or a normal noise?

If your pig sounds congested, definitely see a vet as soon as you can, as respiratory bugs can get worse in a hurry. Was he on antibiotics the last time he was sick? Sometimes if the bacteria causing the infection is not well-matched to the antibiotic given, it can result in temporary improvement followed by the return of symptoms once antibiotics are stopped, so a different antibiotic may be in order.
