Is it normal for guinea pigs to chase each other and one of them trying to mount the other

How long have you had them? Some guinea pigs will never like being picked up (most don't). You can herd them into a carrier or a cuddle sack so they feel safer.
Bonding wise, you need to be patient. Try and hold out some food to them and let them eat it from your hand. They may take a while before they feel comfortable around you and that's perfectly normal as they are prey animals. It took weeks for my boy Oscar to trust me, but my girl Poppet took food from my hand immediately. Be aware that it depends on the pig's personality and they may take weeks, or even months or years.

Most don’t like being picked up as it cuts too close to their prey instinct. Being picked up is equivalent to being eaten. So just bear in mind they may never let you or enjoy being held. I would use a tunnel, hide, carrier, box etc to get them out the cage. You can herd them in and then lift it out.

As advised, and I think I may have advised on one of your other threads, you pick them up by herding them into a carrier. Most piggies will never like being picked up, as the act cuts too close to their prey instinct

Hi not sure if this is the right place to post this thread but one of my girls tango is wheeking a lot when she is moving around the cage. I don’t know if this is a way of her communicating with me or if she is in pain

It’s possible they are just chatting to each other and going about their piggy business. Mine are often chattering away to each other while moving around
If you are worried and have concerns about her health you should see a vet

She is just chatting away, piggies do it :)

I did see one black tiny tiny little speck but I can’t spot anymore
i would imagine it is nothing to worry about. It isn't fungal or mites you'd know believe me... Lice are pale and you can see them move. I suspect the black dot it a fleck and maybe not even there now

Then it was likely just something caught in the coat. There are no guinea pig parasites that look like dark specks (see my answer on your other thread).
