Guinea pig nail😨

Hi I need some help! My guinea pig have something weird on his nail that covers all of the finger😱 it looks a bit like dry pus i tried to take it of with water and cotton but it wont com off and i also tried olive oil and couldn't get it off i dont know what to do and i can't go to the vet antil Friday do to coronavirus
das anyone know what can i do to help him?

I’m afraid I simply can’t tell from the photos what it is. Can you get a clearer photo and email it to the vets? Is the actual toe swollen? I’m sorry I can’t help more.
