Many Guinea pigs make all sorts of different noises, my black (half Dutch, half self breed) one Leo makes a low purring sound when he's angry, and my lighter one (dark eyed golden self breed) Milo, makes a high squeaking, chattering sound all the time and when he's hungry will make a long, high squeak that that lasts 2 seconds and becomes louder at the end. It is so funny and cute listening to them! What noise does yours make?

Yes, same! It's so cute just seeing them walking around and eating grass, chattering away at the same time! Mine sometimes even tries to talk to me!

Mine spend majority of the day rumblestrutting at each other as they are still hormonal teens.

If I say 'Piggggllllllleeeeesssssss' to them I am always really impressed at how loud and long they can wheek for, I can really see them both putting all the effort into it right from the bottom of their lungs. Who shouts loudest gets first treat!

That's so cute, a guinea pig competition! What age would you call guinea pigs 'teens', because mine also fight all day!

Whenever I say Piggies or Girlies it tends to set Rambo off - Maple always pokes her head out and Patch just bolts :P

Last clean out I went into the Shed - Rambo started screeching so loud and long I couldn't hear myself think! She ended up setting Patch off who then set Lucky off and all three were running around screeching! Maple and Pecan just looked on <--- those two rarely if ever squeak. Pecan purrs quite a bit and Maple tends to chunter! But not as much as the other three :P

I find Rambo is always the first to have something to say hahaha!

Ha, that's so funny, I could just imagine 3 little piggies running around screeching like they're on a sugar-high!

Boars have their teenage hormonal phase from about 5-15months. I will miss it when it is over because I know they aren't really fighting as each bout of rumblestrutting ends up in lots of popcorning as though they are laughing about it!

Yeah, I'll definitely make the most of it! Sounds mean but I don't mean it in a mean way

Floor time yesterday is a good example - All girls running around and the corridor is connected to the kitchen. OH was making tea and each time he scrunched something up or opened the fridge it set Rambo off. He was forever saying to her 'It's not for you!'

OOOhhhh, that's so cute, kind of like whenever you go near the hutch they'll come to the front and do puppy dog eyes:luv:
I love your picture, which one of your GPs is that?

That's Pecan :) there should be a thread somewhere on the Forum with my other girls :P
Pecan tends to be the one who humps everything
