My piggy, Storm, has stopped eating hay and the veggies we gave her. She has stopped pooing as well. Not sure what we can do.

I'd take her to the vet ASAP. How long has it been since she ate or pooped?

She ate her veg last night. We were unaware but this morning Bod ate everything. We are going to the vets now. I checked what she was doing for over five mins but she hasn't eaten hay or went to the toilet.

Sending healing vibes, hoping she makes a full recovery. Have you been asked to start syringe feeding at all?

Ileus is a blockage through lack of movement in the lower gut.

Please read this guide here, which deals with caring for guinea pigs with problems in the gut. Treatment and medication is pretty much the same. Unfortunately, we can't advise you on 'magic medicine' but gut stimulants are what your piggy needs!
Bloat, GI Stasis ( No Gut Movement) And Not Eating

Make sure that you syringe feed your guinea pig round the clock until it is able to hold its own weight by eating on its own again. Your support in the his area can make the difference between life and death. Keep in mind that the poo output is generally lagging 1-2 days behind the intake. You can only monitor the weight/food intake by weighing daily at the same time.

Thanks for all your posts. Storm will be fine. The morphine based painkiller the vet gave her means she will be drowsy for a few days and the gas and swelling in her gut has yet to go down but she has been eating some hay again and the vet was "cautiously optimistic". The "magic medicine" that I couldn't remember the name of turn out to be metacam. Does anyone know what causes ileus? I forgot to ask.

Fingers very firmly crossed! Please keep weighing; it is a good sign that your piggy is nibbling, which means that the gut has started to move again after causing a blockage from a partial stasis. If necessary you need to step in with feeding; seeing a piggy chew can be so deceptive. And unlike cats and dogs, piggies can't get by with some lean days.
