I would like to nominate my Ron, He may not be the cutest fluffiest sexiest piggie in the world, But he really is the nicest!

When i first saw him he was in a tiny hutch all on his own with rain leaking in, an empty water bottle, no food in his bowl and not much fur on his back! :'( I just couldn't leave him there i even paid £10 pounds to take him home, I was so glad i did !

That night i sat him on my lap with a carrot and he munched the whole thing as if he hadn't seen 1 in his whole life after that he sat and licked my arm and i sat and stroked him for ages until he fell asleep. I couldn't believe how friendly he was :)

after a couple of weeks when he was all better i decided that it was time to get him some company of his own kind, But whatever i did no other guinea pig wanted to be near him and he got savaged quite badly by other piggies and ended up at the vets 5 times in 6 months and had 3 abscesses, But though all that and everything I've to put him through he still remains the friendliest piggy i have ever met, He now lives quite happily with Gizmo, But we still sit and fall asleep in front of eastenders now and then!

Sorry it was a bit long i started and couldn't stop.........lol

I would like to nominate Billie
He is 6 weeks old and a total sweetie
He was born to Victoria from the rescue in North Norfolk where we lost his Mum Dad and sibling Charlie
We have just discovered he is blind and is currently sat snuggled up on my lap in a towel after i washed hs bum! ::)
He is a cutie not frightened of me or OH
And he is staying!

i would like to nominate my best friend tinkerbell.

2weeks after i got her i was faced with a awful dissission, she had a nasty lump under her chin, she was finding it hard to swallow. Vet told me she needed putting down, i asked for more options and he said he could give antibiotics and operate. i optioned for the antibiotics and booked her in a week later for op. the morning she was going for her op her best friend LULU had bitten the lump and popped it. Vet said it looked fine and put her on more antibiotics. she pulled through this. Then 3 months later she lost her best friend LULU (rip) to an unknown illness. she then went down hill losing weight, refusing to eat. so we took her to nearest pet shop to get another piggie as she was starting to scare me, she chose Cuddles. Cuddles was a baby and turned out to be pregnant. So poor tinkerbell had just lost her friend and had to put up with a hormonal piggie. and she is now a brilliant Auntie to our mini piggies and when cuddles is having a moody day Tinkerbell steps in as the mummy and looks after them. so after one thing after another i would like her to have the prize as shes my prefect piggie and best friend

I would like to nominate Pudsey. Pudsey named after the children in need bear as we got him on the same night was rehomed from pets at home adoption as he is allergic to woodshavings. He is bonded with Eccles and they have a lovely relationship. x

I'm going to nominate Beauty :D Although he is definately not the tamest piggy, every day he gets more and more comfortable around humans. I think he was treated quite badly for the first 6 months of his life which has left him skittish forever. However, he's certainly getting a lot happier. He's my gorgeous little shiny boy who has lots of personality. He is such a greedy boy! ;D Even though he's greedy, he still shares his food with Pepper and lets him eat it all first ::)
 
i would like to nominate sandy
she came from a lady who didnt want her becuase she wasnt capable of breeding anymore
she had been bred over 8-9 times and was really worn out i think she was glad to get home with me and take a well earned rest.
She also had several bites and her fur was falling out obviously were she didnt want to be mated anymore and got aggresive.

I would like to nominate Violet. She is a very special pig and is going through such a tough pregnancy but she still manages to make me smile and has the loudest squeek of any pig i've ever known.
