My girl - Daisy (RIP)

I would like to nominate Daisy, my darling girl who left me 2 weeks ago to go to the Rainbow Bridge. Whether she wins this or not is irrelevant - I just wish I had nominated her in life - she lives on in my heart.......

Daisy was really cute! How old was she?

I have no idea how to decide for the pig of the months - aren't they equally cute and every one of them deserve it? ^)
 
I would like to nominate Star! Without him I truly believe I would have lost Goggles. Goggles lost all interest in life after his mate Snap died. He had been very ill himself and his weight had plummeted. Then his best mate died and he just gave up.

From the very first minute they met, Star has made such a huge difference. Within a week Goggles had gained 100g and was so happy and full of life again.

Star may only be little but he has a huge personality and is a Star in every sense of the word!

I'd like to nominate my boy Spice.

Spice has been on antibiotics for the last 10 days with an infection in his mouth, cannot maintain weight on his own without feeding, and needs syringing water. He is also missing the majority of one of his lower incisors.

In general he has not been a well pig, but he has been brave and is brilliant when you need to feed him, or give him fluids, he loves taking his syringe

I would like to nominate one of my Guinea Pigs this month.

He got in a fight a few weeks back and had a bit of a bad time, medication and lots of help needed.

He is on the mend now and making such an effort to be himself even when he must feel so down and at times sore.

He has always been timid, he was a rescue piggy with very little history but obvious problems and fears.

He has had to live on his own for the last 3 weeks due to meds and fear of his brother who caused him so much injury.

Final check up says he is on the mend and can have a mate again soon. His brother is not an option, he has time with his brother but where as he wants to snuggle with his brother, his brother wants to fight so he has lost him family too. I think a baby rescue bore is the answer to try.

Anyway I am rambling on LOL He is just a little fighter and a really good companion and has over come his problems to be a real dream to own.

Anyway this is him. He has recently had a name change to fit his new life and is now Franklin.

i woul nominat my Max - but i havnt any piccis (wll thr ar som on thras which post blow) an hs th littl on in my avatar i got him vry young - his mum was rscu an h hant bn born yt). H has such a lovly charactr, an h is so gorgous an so tiny! H ha lic a coupl of whks ago an ha to hav his first bath at 5 wks, th poor littl mit! hs so vocal, h squks th hous own! H has chr up my Scruffy who was a littl low an ha suffr a bit with illnsss an for that i chrish him so much.

Could I please nominate "Nougat"?

Nougat lives together with four other girls but she is the happiest one to be picked up every day. She loves her cuddles and certainly her treat.
I don't have to chase her through the hutch like the other ones, she just sits and waits patiently to be picked up.
