Guinea Pig Only Bites

My guinea pig doesn’t know how to lick he only bites. His name is Teddy and we got him 16 days after our first piggy, Shadow. If you put water on your finger and put it in front of shadow he’ll lick it, but if you put water on your finger and put it in front of teddy he nibbles it. Teddy also only bites his water bottle. any tips on how to fix this? He has been a biter since we got him

Piggies explore their mouths. If you put food or water onto your finger then he is going to bite - he wants to eat it. It’s just that your other piggy has learnt to lick water from your finger. Your new piggy may never learn to do that.
One of my piggies bites and pulls on the water bottle as well.
You could try putting in a bowl of water as well as the bottle as they then have a choice over which one to use
